Dialogues Festival
d i a l o g u e s ran its first festival in 1999 in order to fill an aching gap in Edinburgh’s experimental music scene. The gap is still there but each year, we plug it with performances by experimental musicians from the UK and Europe and from performers on our doorstep.
The festival runs out of the University of Edinburgh and is organised by the MSc programme director, Martin Parker.
Each year, students on the course make a documentary of the festival and graduates regularly perform at the festival.
